3. Purpose of the Change of Company Name
Since the establishment of the company, it has offered an Internet
picture album service (a service in which digital photographic data
are mainly stored through the Internet, as well as pursuing the operations
of transmissions using uploaded photographic images, print outputs
and the production of photographic general stores), the development
of software, retail and license bestowals. In recent years, the company
has branched out into broader fields such as systems solutions and
the development of software, retail, renting and the development and
operation of a multimedia contents distribution system. As the company
will develop its operations even further in the future and requires
a name that is both appropriate to its operational field and expresses
the direction in which it wishes to go, a change in corporate name
has taken place. "Gigno," part of the company's new name, means "to
create" in Latin.
4. Business Results
There will be no effect on business results through this change in
name.
