Network Lab Alliance with Sunrise to Launch Online Anime Printed Goods

On April 5, 2001, Network Lab Ltd. (Headquarters:
Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President: Makio Nishizuka) and SUNRISE INC. (Headquarters:
Suginami-ku, Tokyo; President: Takayuki Yoshii), producers of popular
anime such as Mobile Suit GUNDAM, announced that they will be launching
a new online service via Sunrise's Hi-Nobori.Net website starting
April 10, 2001. This service will enable Network Lab to offer users
a variety of Sunrise anime content as printed goods.
Goods not available anywhere else will have fans watering at the
mouth.
As part of the initial set of services offered, original Sunrise anime
character prints will be made available as high-quality digital photograph
printed goods. Users will be able to combine hard-to-find anime prints
along with the frame of their choosing (silver aluminum, black aluminum,
wood) into merchandise that is sure to hold a high artistic and interior
design value.
In addition, all customers that make an order between April 10 and
May 10 will be presented with a Sunrise anime original postcard to
mark the commencement of this new service.

Sunrise's Hi-Nobori.Net already offers Internet connection services,
original web page services, original e-mail address services and more.
In addition, Sunrise provides subscribers to Hi-Nobori.Net services
with a variety of Sunrise content on the Web.
Network Lab already provides online printed goods services for TBS
(Tokyo Broadcasting System, Inc.) and Bull Life (Gokurakuichiba portal
site) and plans to continue to actively develop and provide new services
that fuse existing media with the Internet.
In addition to the initial set of services made available at Hi-Nobori.Net,
Network Lab will provide other services in the future, starting with
a service that allows members to create exclusively designed business
cards. In addition, users will be provided with services that allow
them to order a variety of printed goods designed with Sunrise anime
characters.
