There was a report dated September 17, 2002 of a sale from Chubu Shashin
Co., Ltd. to Fuji Photo Film Co., Ltd., and the change in principal
shareholders and the largest shareholder occurred as described.
6. The Largest Shareholder
Yasuhiro Oshima, president of the Company, holds 1,803,574 of the
Company's shares. Owing to the change, his shareholder rank rises
from 2nd to 1st, and he becomes the largest shareholder.

After the change, the three highest-ranking shareholders of the
Company are as shown below. Because Yasuhiro Oshima holds all the
voting rights of Chubu Shashin Co., Ltd., the third-ranking shareholder
after the change, in effect he holds 42.10% of the total number of
