Notification of Extraordinary Gain Incurred from
Partial Stock Sales of GignoSystem Japan, Inc.


Plaza Create Co., Ltd. sold the partial stocks of its consolidated subsidiary, GignoSystem Japan, Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President: Keiko Iida; Hercules Code No.: 4300), based on an off-floor distribution method. This has resulted in an extraordinary gain and its effects on the forecast of operating results for the current consolidated fiscal year are described below.

3. Note
The above-mentioned forecast of operating results on a consolidated and non-consolidated basis is modified according to the extraordinary gain incurred relating to this matter. It also reflects the effect of the matter that was announced in "Section 5. Effect on operating results" of the "Notification Concerning Important Resolution on Subsidiary Company" released as of June 23, 2003 (it is expected that an extraordinary loss of approximately 200 million will be incurred both on a consolidated and non-consolidated basis).
